I am a seasoned Creative Director with extensive experience in both large, structured communication agencies and smaller, independent studios. My career began as an Art Director, and I rose through the ranks to become a Creative Supervisor and then a Creative Director. A key focus of my career has been building and growing creative departments from the ground up, specializing them in Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) communication.

My experience extends to transforming small graphic studios into structured agencies of over 30 people, positioning them as go-to agencies for ATL projects. This includes developing multidisciplinary, autonomous creative teams.

I have a strategic vision and operational leadership, and I excel at building handcrafted works that not only function well but also bring joy, excitement, and beauty to people's lives. I believe that true creativity lies in asking unique questions, and this approach allows me to deliver equally unique and effective answers. My hands-on skills include using professional 3D modeling, rendering, and animation programs like Cinema 4D and Maya, as well as the Adobe Suite, including After Effects and Premiere.
